Brand Book, Product Imagery SOP, and Factory Banner SOP

BRAND BOOK OVERVIEW

Following the rebranding of Ingredients Online, I recognized the need to update our brand standards. With the company’s refreshed image, I proposed redesigning the brand book to reflect these changes more effectively. I opted for a digital first format to facilitate easy viewing of video content, allow for instant updates, and reduce the need for redistributing the book to our regular vendors. To enhance engagement, I incorporated within InDesign, making the reading experience more interactive and effective illustrating concepts like logo usage guidelines. The updated content now includes new guidelines for iconography, videography, email design, and an additional font.

Collaboration credits include: working with the creative director on content to include. While I did write some of the copy myself, I did receive help from other coworkers in their areas of expertise.

PRODUCT IMAGERY & FACTORY BANNER GUIDELINES OVERVIEW

As the platform service and brand evolved our SOP creative documents needed to be updated to reflect these changes. My work included redesigning layouts, updating the cover designs, updating imagery, revising copy so it was more straightforward and concise, removing outdated processes and standards, and making them digital documents with the addition of animations to enhance the reading experience.
